In the year 2001 during a long bus ride from Pennsylvania to the Red Power Round-Up show in Mt. Pleasant Iowa the idea was born. We are Mark, Brian, and Howard Sell, III, from western Pennsylvania, and we decided that there needed to be a publication dedicated exclusively to the entire line of Cub Cadet Power Equipment from the past to the present. Therefore, in the fall of 2001, the Cadet Connection newsletter was launched and the debut issue was published. We come from a rich Cub Cadet history wherein we operated our dad's 1964 model 100 and 1973 model 128, our uncle's 1962 Original, and our grandfather's 1967 model 123 as kids. Us three brothers and our dad now own over 30 Cub Cadet tractors of various IH models along with a slew of genuine IH implements, attachments and accessories for our Cub Cadet tractors.

Now in our 22nd year of publishing the magazine, it has become very popular among the Cub Cadet enthusiasts. The magazine is now 32 pages and in full color and has great content such as Cub Cadet history, maintenance articles, implements and attachments, classified ads, restoration stories, feature articles, pulling tractors, show schedules, etc. The magazine sports several great writers as well! This great publication now has readers in 49 states, Canada, and 6 countries overseas. We cover the complete line of Cub Cadet Power Equipment from 1961 to present.
If you share the same love for these rugged little tractors, then this magazine is an absolute must have!! It is really a quality piece of work and sure to be a collectors item and definitely something every Cub Cadet enthusiast should not be without.
